1. Digital Products (No Refunds) Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for any digital products, including but not limited to:
- The CharmStack Visualizer Method© Course
- Downloadable PDF Guides, Charts, or Templates
- eBooks
All sales of digital products are final. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to the content and waive any right to a refund.
2. Physical Products (e.g., CharmCache©) Note: This section applies to physical goods once they are available for sale. We want you to love your CharmCache©. If you are not satisfied with your physical product purchase:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
